SharedChristmasParties.london is operated by Christmas Party Venues, part of Eureka Events Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at events@sharedchristmasparties.london or on 0208 102 1105.

We collect only what you give us through a form on this site:

• Your name and, if you provide it, your company name
• Your email address and, optionally, your phone number
• Details of your enquiry — number of guests, preferred dates, budget, preferred area and any notes

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details or any special category data through this website.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check availability with venues on your behalf, send you the information you asked for, and where relevant to help you through to booking. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated, and where a booking proceeds, performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry alone.

To answer your enquiry we may need to share your date, guest numbers and company name with the relevant venue or event operator, so they can confirm availability. We share only what is necessary for that purpose.

Form submissions are processed by our form handler, and email is handled by our email provider. Both act as processors under contract.

This site sets no non-essential cookies unless you accept them. If analytics are enabled, a consent banner appears and Google Analytics loads only after you accept. Declining loads nothing. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up the conversation the following season if you come back to us. Booking records are kept for as long as required for contractual and accounting purposes, normally six years.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email events@sharedchristmasparties.london and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our form handler over an encrypted connection and is accessible only to the members of our team who need it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
