About Cirque de Noël
Cirque de Noël is the most immersive party on the site. Tobacco Dock's exposed brickwork and interconnected spaces let the night unfold across several zones rather than one room, and the circus theming is carried by performers moving through the venue rather than a stage everyone faces.
Guests arrive to a sparkling reception with canapés under theatrical lighting, with roaming performers already working the room. Dinner is three courses from award-winning caterers, with aerial and interactive acts woven between the courses so the pace never stops entirely.
From 9:35pm a live band plays, then a DJ takes over at 10:20pm. The survivors' breakfast — hot bacon brioche rolls, or plant-based sausages in a bun — arrives at 11pm, which is the detail that tends to decide the night for a lot of organisers.
There are two ticket types and the difference matters. All-inclusive nights (4 and 11 December, £140 + VAT) include unlimited Prosecco, beer, cider, house wine and soft drinks. Ticket-only nights (9 and 17 December, £95.50 + VAT) include everything else but run a full cash bar, with wristband upgrades available from £45 + VAT per guest.

- Sweet potato, goats' cheese, red pepper and chive tart, thyme roasted plum tomato and herb salad, toasted sunflower seeds, balsamic glaze (V, GF)
- Vegan: plant-based sweet potato, red pepper and chive tart with the same accompaniments (VE, GF)
The main event
- Seared breast of chicken, potato dauphinoise, slow-braised spiced red cabbage, tenderstem broccoli, glazed carrot, tarragon cream (GF)
