SharedChristmasParties.london is operated by Christmas Party Venues, part of Eureka Events Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. By using this site you accept these terms.

All prices shown are per person and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, dates, menus, timings, entertainment and package inclusions are supplied by the venues and event operators and are subject to change without notice.

Where a menu is described as a sample or as awaiting confirmation for 2026, it is exactly that — an indication from a previous season, published to help you compare, not a commitment.

We take care to publish accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm the specifics with us before making a commitment internally.

This site does not hold live inventory and nothing on it is a live availability feed. Every date shown is a scheduled party night that an operator has put on sale, which is not the same as a date that is currently available.

That is why the call to action throughout the site is "Check Availability" rather than "Book Now". Availability is confirmed with the venue at the point of enquiry.

Where a booking proceeds, the contract for the event is between you and the relevant venue or event operator, on their terms. Those terms — including deposits, balance dates, cancellation and amendment policies, and minimum numbers — vary between operators, and we will give them to you in writing before you commit.

Venue names, event names and trade marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the events we can arrange. Their appearance here does not imply that we own or operate them.

The text, design, structure and original photography on this site are ours. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not republish substantial parts of the content without asking first.

We provide this site on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
