About Winter Wonderland Ball
The Winter Wonderland Ball is the black-tie end of the Tower Hill cluster. It opens with a red-carpet reception and a glass of Prosecco, then moves into a winter-themed ballroom dressed with twinkling lights, candelabras and seasonal décor.
Dinner is three courses with live music playing underneath it — present enough to set a tone, quiet enough that people can still talk across a table of ten. Drinks are included from 8pm, so nobody is queueing at a bar mid-conversation.
From 10pm the evening turns social. A live party band plays until midnight, casino tables run alongside for the guests who would rather not dance, and a glitter bar gives the room a third thing to do. Background music carries on to a 12:30am bar close and 1am carriages.
The hotel has over 300 bedrooms and spa facilities, which solves the late-night travel problem for anyone coming in from outside London. It is the same venue as Hollywood Gala and Gatsby's Grand Soirée — three different themes, three different weeks, one very well-drilled operation.

- Hot smoked salmon with fennel and dill salad, avocado purée, keta caviar, rye melba toast
- Rolled breast of turkey wrapped in Parma ham with apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, Brussels sprouts, roast turkey jus

Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable. All dietary requirements are catered for — once you have booked you will be sent a function sheet to record them. Kosher food is available via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
